Home » About the League

For more than four hundred years, Carmelites have fostered special devotion to the Infant Jesus.  The League of the Miraculous Infant Jesus of Prague continues this tradition in the Canada and the United States. Members honour the image of the Divine Infant (with a statue, medal, or picture) in their homes, and offer a daily prayer to the Infant Jesus.  They join in three Novenas of Masses annually honouring the Infant Jesus of Prague. In their charity, they support the education of seminarians and the work of the Carmelites in the Canada and around the world.

Annual memberships are available and renewable each year.  For information about becoming a member of the League of the Miraculous Infant Jesus of Prague, please visit our membership page.

The Monastery of Mount Carmel, a tax-exempt registered charity in the Province of Ontario, operates The League of the Miraculous Infant Jesus of Prague. In partnership with the Carmelites, the League fosters devotion to the Infant Jesus through prayers and donations. Together, they support Carmelite Gospel ministries, seminarian education, and fulfill their mission of charity and justice, making a positive impact in Canada and throughout the world.
